This week has been the week of non-profit work!!! I spent the first half of the week in Austin, Texas shooting for The World Wide Workshop., a NYC based non-profit that brings 21st century learning skills to under privileged students. We were shooting in East Austin, a part of town that has seen little improvements in recent years despite Austin’s growth.

The second half of the week I spent shooting a campaign video for The Boys and Girls Club of Camden, NJ, one of the poorest and roughest cities in the US. Like last year, this project was produced by Shooters, Inc and directed by Scott Whitham.

Tech wise, we shot on three 5d mkIIs, running sync 90% of the time! We dropped sticks when we could. I’m interested to see how the post workflow goes. It was a lot of data but I think we managed it well!
