After a fun and crazy 26 days in China, I’m back home! I’m happy to report the shoot for PLAY MONEY went great. We filmed on location (and some pretty interesting locations at that!) in rural Beijing, Changsha and Nanjing. We shot the main content on a HVX200a and Letus set up and all city B-roll on the 5d mkII. This combo was great and allowed us to fly under the radar when we needed too. After the shoot I decided to stay in China for a bit (ahh the life of a freelancer). I headed to Shanghai, Guilin and Yangshuo (this being my favorite!!!) and then back to Beijing. I have to say, China really started to grow on me. Its such an interesting and complex country. I look forward to going back at some point. Keep an eye on my Blog, I’ll be slowly putting new photos up! Until then, its back to the real world!
